One of Ted's new poem's will be included in an anthology of poems about animals, published by Moon Pie Press and scheduled for release in late summer 2008.
 
In August, 2008 Ted became the Public Relations Specialist/Editor at Roxbury Community College, where he is Adjunct Professor in the Humanities Department. Ted's new responsibilities include editing  College publications and writing press releases and occasional news stories.
 
Garrison Keillor read a poem from Ted's new book, Singing With the Dead, on The Writer's Almanac, National Public Radio, October 25, 2007.

Three of Ted's poems--Crime Scene, Crutches, and Baptism-- are currently on display at City  Hall in Boston. The exhibit runs through May 23, 2007 and is part of the Mayor's Prose and Poetry Program which is sponsored by the Mayor's Office of Arts, Tourism & Special Events.

On Saturday, April 5th, Ted was the Guest Host for "A Celebration of Family Literacy," sponsored by the Hawthorne Youth and Community Center and held at the Dudley Branch of the Boston Public Library.

 

In November Ted joins other  business and community leaders, foundation representatives, educators, and artists as a member of the 2007 Senior Project Grant Review Committee at the Boston Arts Academy.
